Orchard Acres home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Orchard Acres fell by $13,950 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 7.4% decrease over the $187,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Orchard Acres in the second quarter of 2019, as well.
