Massillon home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Massillon rose by $41,755 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,500 - a 53.7% increase over the $77,745 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Massillon in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
