Massillon home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Massillon rose by $44,400 while total sales increased by 68.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,900 - a 56.6% increase over the $78,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Massillon in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
