Louisville home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Louisville fell by $27,600 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,400 - a 15.8% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Louisville in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Louisville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,756, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
