North Canton home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in North Canton rose by $35,550 while total sales increased by 205%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 21.9% increase over the $162,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in North Canton in October 2019.
