Canton home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Canton rose by $63,950 while total sales increased by 50.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 200 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,950 - a 142.1% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in Canton in September 2019.
