The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Louisville fell by $9,497 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $149,497 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Louisville in September 2019.
