Alliance home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Alliance rose by $39,000 while total sales increased by 129.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 55.7% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Alliance in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
