Louisville home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Louisville fell by $22,500 while total sales increased by 145.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 12.2% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Louisville in June 2019.
