Louisville home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Louisville fell by $16,400 while total sales increased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 9.6% decrease over the $171,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Louisville in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Louisville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,756, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
