Alliance home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Alliance fell by $14,950 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,500 - a 16.5% decrease over the $90,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Alliance in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
