Massillon home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Massillon rose by $76,750 while total sales increased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 102% increase over the $75,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Massillon in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
