Louisville home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Louisville fell by $58,585 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,500 - a 27% decrease over the $217,085 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Louisville in April 2019.
