Massillon home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Massillon rose by $34,750 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,200 - a 44.9% increase over the $77,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Massillon in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
