Canton home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Canton rose by $31,250 while total sales increased by 73.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,250 - a 78.1% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Canton in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,388, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
