Alliance home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Alliance rose by $47,050 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,250 - a 130% increase over the $36,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Alliance in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
