North Canton home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in North Canton rose by $29,350 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,250 - a 21.1% increase over the $138,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in North Canton in February 2019.
