Kirtland home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Kirtland fell by $30,900 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,000 - a 9.2% decrease over the $334,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Kirtland in October 2019.
