St. Bernard home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in St. Bernard fell by $64,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 44.4% decrease over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Bernard in November 2019, as well.
