Cheviot home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Cheviot rose by $30,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 29.3% increase over the $102,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Cheviot in November 2019.
