Norwood home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Norwood fell by $9,138 while total sales increased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 5.7% decrease over the $159,138 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Norwood in November 2019.
