Cincinnati home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 250 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 267 homes sold in Cincinnati in November 2019.
