Glendale home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Glendale rose by $121,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,250 - a 67.4% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Glendale in November 2019.
