Fredericktown home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Fredericktown fell by $5,750 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $126,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fredericktown in October 2018.
