Lemon Township median home prices fell by 2.9% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Lemon Township fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $51,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lemon Township in the second half of 2019.
