The second half of 2020: St. Clair experienced a 49.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in St. Clair rose by $44,500 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,500 - a 49.4% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in St. Clair in the second half of 2019.
