Trenton home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Trenton rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Trenton in the second half of 2019.
