Falling home prices in Oxford in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Oxford fell by $2,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 87 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 1% decrease over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Oxford in the second half of 2019, as well.
