Median home prices in Monroe rose to $217,500 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Monroe rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 11.5% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Monroe in the second half of 2019.
