The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in New Miami fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in New Miami fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 31.3% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in New Miami in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in New Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $895, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
