The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in South Amherst increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in South Amherst rose by $5,250 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,250 - a 4.2% increase over the $124,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in South Amherst in the fourth quarter of 2019.
