Massillon home prices rose in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Massillon rose by $25,250 while total sales increased by 131%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 23% increase over the $109,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Massillon in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
