Pricing for the median home in Massillon increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Massillon rose by $13,200 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 11.5% increase over the $114,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Massillon in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Massillon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,849, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
