January 2021: Home prices in Willoughby Hills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Willoughby Hills rose by $247,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,500 - a 165% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Willoughby Hills in January 2020, as well.
