How did home prices perform in Brewster during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Brewster rose by $34,550 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 52.8% increase over the $65,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Brewster in the first quarter of 2020.
