The first quarter of 2021: Carlisle experienced a 10% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Carlisle rose by $12,300 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 10% increase over the $122,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Carlisle in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Carlisle for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,687, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
