Median home prices in Kendall Heights rose to $139,000 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Kendall Heights rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Kendall Heights in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Kendall Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,350, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
