Navarre home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Navarre rose by $43,750 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 40.8% increase over the $107,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Navarre in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
