Pricing for the median home in McDonaldsville decreased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in McDonaldsville fell by $104,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 37.6% decrease over the $276,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in McDonaldsville in the first quarter of 2020, as well.
