Pricing for the median home in Springboro decreased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Springboro fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 23%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,500 - a 0.6% decrease over the $253,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Springboro in the first quarter of 2020.
