Home prices increased in Willoughby during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Willoughby rose by $44,000 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 34% increase over the $129,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Willoughby in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Willoughby for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,143, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
