Home prices increased in South Lebanon during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $44,800 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,800 - a 43.5% increase over the $103,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Lebanon in March 2020.
