Home prices increased in Hunter during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Hunter rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hunter in March 2020.
