March 2021: Lebanon experienced a 6.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Lebanon rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 32.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Lebanon in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
