Home prices increased in Navarre during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Navarre rose by $9,100 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 7% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Navarre in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
