On April 28, 2021, Bruemanchew LLC and Daniel Authorized Member Reed sold their commercial property at 10059 Pleasant-Renner Road, Morrow to Real Church Goshen Inc., Kim Pendergrass (trustee), Brian Arman (trustee) and Kim Eifert (trustee) for $45,000.

The last time this commercial property sold was Nov. 22, 2016. It last sold for $65,000.

In April 2021, 30 properties sold in Morrow.
