The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in St. Clair rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Clair in May 2020.
