Home prices decreased in Ross during May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Ross fell by $76,625 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 25% decrease over the $306,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ross in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Ross for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,802, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
