The second quarter of 2021: North Lawrence experienced a 66.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in North Lawrence fell by $137,700 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,300 - a 66.5% decrease over the $207,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Lawrence in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Lawrence for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,955, approximately 5.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
