The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Orchard Acres fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Orchard Acres fell by $58,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,250 - a 33.6% decrease over the $173,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Orchard Acres in the second quarter of 2020, as well.
